I recently purchased a Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars Shreveport. Everyone I met at the dealership was kind, polite and very helpful. I love my Volvo! I have never owned one and I'm sold. Kevin, my salesman, helped me find the right one 🚘 within my budget. I did my homework and really the cost 💰 was similar to other SUVs from other companies we all use. Kevin didn't get frustrated with me or freak out even when I walked away the first time (only because I'm indecisive). I told him I would get back with him, and I meant it. I've only dealt with the parts department so far, but Adrian was awesome! He helped me get the part I've been struggling to find locally, & is having it shipped to me since I'm a couple hours away. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. 10/10 recommend!
Update for Volvo of Shreveport. With assistance of their new manager Michael and a fantastic salesperson Keegan my experience has complete changed. It was a pleasure doing business with these two professionals and the entire staff (credit and service). They addressed my concerns and took action to correct.
