I love my Volvo! I have never owned one and I'm sold. Kevin, my salesman, helped me find the right one 🚘 within my budget. I did my homework and really the cost 💰 was similar to other SUVs from other companies we all use. Kevin didn't get frustrated with me or freak out even when I walked away the first time (only because I'm indecisive). I told him I would get back with him, and I meant it. I've only dealt with the parts department so far, but Adrian was awesome! He helped me get the part I've been struggling to find locally, & is having it shipped to me since I'm a couple hours away. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. 10/10 recommend!
Update for Volvo of Shreveport. With assistance of their new manager Michael and a fantastic salesperson Keegan my experience has complete changed. It was a pleasure doing business with these two professionals and the entire staff (credit and service). They addressed my concerns and took action to correct. I was so pleased I purchased 2 cars in 5 days. Congratulations gentlemen, you have my trust and business going forward.
I brought my Volvo XC 60 in to Land Rover Shreveport for a 40,000 mile service, which included an oil change. While I was traveling back home an alert appeared on my dash that stated, “There is no engine oil pressure. Turn off the engine” I immediately pulled over and checked the car status; the oil stated “no value available.” I then assessed the outside of my vehicle and observed it to be covered in oil.
