After sitting on hold for 17 minutes, the vet or vet tech answered the phone and cut me off mid sentence and said “no, not today. You can to go to other places like Greenville, Spartanburg”. They proceeded to immediately hang up on me after rudely cutting me off mid sentence. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

I cannot express the gratitude I feel towards this hospital and Dr. She was there when no one else was willing to help feral cats. This was the second time she was there for me. Over the course of the past week I have had to make some tough choices. My dog "Lady" was having some issues that I associated with her advanced age, her previous vet had retired and I found myself looking for one. These folks were highly recommended and so I called. It was the first time that I had ever taken her there, and they were Fantastic. Awesome!!! They are there when I’ve ever needed them, even with all this craziness going on, I called and they told me to come on with in 2 hours!! Friendly, thoughtful and they our babies as much as we do!! Great job to all of you and thank you for being there!!!
