We originally started renting in 2018. The price increase in 2021 was over $100/mo, and when I called to negotiate a better rate, I was flatly told to deal with it or move out, and I was given every sob story about hoarders and septic tanks and how it makes stuff so hard. Eventually David hung up the phone because I wouldn't budge my ask for a lower rate. So, they're like that. Treats tenants as paychecks and not as people. You're just a clogged septic tank and a hoarder, in their eyes. They equate all tenants with their worst tenants. Absolutely no consideration for a clean payment history, they will nickel and dime you for everything they possibly can. They are incredibly unprofessional and will hang up the phone rather than negotiate a better relationship. As far as they're concerned you're just trash, even if you pay everything on time and maintain the property. Stay away.

Would not recommend this agent or as a management company as they provide service but with an extreme attitude
