I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. My mom has been with Dr Glor for over 10 years, she loves her. Dr Glor is very kind and sensitive and takes time to ask my mom questions and waits for her to answer and follows up with other questions. Dr usually calls my mom directly with test results, not her staff - who does that nowadays!
