Rude Slumlord Bullies These people do not fix any issues with the property unless (maybe) if it is going to destroy the structural integrity of the building and then they will threaten you (the renter) and cuss at you because of bad online reviews. One of their properties in the Fort in Knoxville has 5 bedrooms, 2 showers (only 1 works), washer and dryer (both broken), a leaking roof, broken windows, etc. and they won’t fix ANY of it.
