10/10 experience! Traveling for work from UT, we had a new machine go down. Found Holmes on BE Equipments dealer locator and I called and got David. After diagnosing the problem over the phone, he said "bring it in tomorrow and we'll get you back up and running". Took it in and as promised David warranteed our part, and he did it with a smile and a handshake. I've been in power equipment for years and never experienced anything like Davids service.
