My husband and i chose Holmes 54 because i wanted to sit at a table in the open windows. From there our experiance became one to remember. WE asked if it would be possible to get a sample plate of all his BBQ. Our server GABE brought BRENDAN HOLMES the owner, who fulfilled our wish and exceeded our expectations! And so we made a reservation for 8:00, same table, and Brendans promise to smoke and cook us a Ribeye steak for 2! THANKYOU Brendan, we will be back!
Lunch was great! Taco salad was awesome! Chicken Ceasar Salad, was real good! Fabulous atmosphere! ������
Betty and I loved the open windows and the tables next to them. The food was well prepared and the service was prompt and friendly. It was a very nice lunch on a Saturday afternoon on market Street! ����
5 star every time we stop in Corning. Thanks for the excellent food and service.
