This has been one of the worst experience when it comes to insurance, they got our business 1 year ago, they double our premium and with no explanation, I am exhausted of sending emails to ask for service and support and there is literally no one to help! I am 58 years old, and can tell, during all my life I have deal with insurance companies and brokers and never had such a bad experience, do not do business with them!!
Excellent insurance agency that does my home and auto. They no longer do individual policies face to face in SD. All of that has transferred to Des Moines and is done via email and phone. The agent knows your history and insurance needs; they always answer emails within a day. They seem to have a regional emphasis on the products the offer but are straightforward and comprehensive. I am not comfortable just buying insurance online and thankful these folks are around.
