The entire staff is fantastic! We had to have our pet euthanized last week. Dr. Nick Velkov was absolutely the best, as was the rest of the staff through our whole ordeal. I came home today to find a sympathy card signed by everyone on the staff. You just won't find a group of people this caring anywhere else.
The people working here are the greatest they help me so much and they love my babies
Dr. Coyne butchered my puppies ears, I gave him and his staff multiple weeks to fix it which they couldn't. I have photos as proof and have been blocked from every clinic Facebook page associated with Dr. Coyne, that much experience and he had no explanation as to why his ears turned out the way they did. He just gave me attitude and seemed to not care at all.
I've been going there for about 4 years. They've always been helpful and understanding of my dogs' needs. My dogs actually get excited when I tell them we have to go to the doctor.
Thank you all for caring for my baby Ms. Karmer. You all are the best.
