Very little to say that is good about this place. This company says it's now by appointment only. I remember when you could drop by your insurance company if you had any questions. Seems like they don't want to deal with people face to face unless they actually have to. They have extremely high prices. Poor customer service and interactions, and Marge is rather obtuse.
