Brand New condo and the roof is leaking! Water pouring in through a can light into the kitchen. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their work. After cutting corners in an entire townhouse complex, the owners are left to pay between $70,000-$120,000 per unit to fix the bad construction job. Holmes conveniently did a half measure fix just to avoid responsibility, but their fix actually made it worse. Now they will not complete the repairs, and every unit has water damage. We are talking around $8-10 million dollars in damages that this company caused in just one townhome complex
