You improperly installed a system for a builder. I had two other HVAC contractors confirm this. As the buyer of the home, I was left to fix your faulty installation. When I called to request to come and look at it only three years after your installation, you refused to even come look at it let alone stand behind your work. Terrible experience - called about a leakage issue, they came out, ripped wires off of my unit to unclog the drain, and then charged me an excessive amount for the service call. Avoid this company at all costs. I called to try to resolve the issue, but they refused to do anything about the problem and hung up on me. — I did not expect a free service, I did expect to be informed of expected charges prior to being invoiced.
