This was Holmes Heating and Cooling, Inc. in Utah! Holmes talked me into selling the job from their pressure sales tactic.. So I ended up replacing my system for 8,900 dollars. I was desperate for the repair at the time! Then I found out later from my neighbors referral I found have the same system repaired for $600 or they would have did it with the same equipment for $5900. This was a common problem with my Trane furnace that they failed to tell me. We all have the same systems in our complex. Grrrrr! Buyer beware!

This HVAC company is amazing. We worked with Brodie and he did a great job with our basement finish, at an affordable price. I also had something I needed done quickly after the fact, and he came out within 2 hours of me calling and solved the issue. 10/10 recommend.

Holmes heating and cooling did an amazing job! They were here in a timely manner and very professional! I had previously made the mistake of calling another Holms company thinking they were the same buisness...dont make that mistake! My quote from that other Holms company also located in Lehi Utah, was almost $2,500.00. Homes heating and cooling did the same services i was told that was needed for $625.00. Beware of the Holmes name there are a few. Make sure you don't mistake one for the other.....like I did.
