No all working the doors understand the bag policy. Asked at the door about a diaper bag was told yes it could be brought in (2 kids under 2) and when the parents got to the door they were told it was too big. How on earth they expected a diaper bag to fit in a bread loaf size container is beyond me. Especially when you have a newborn and 1 under 2. All employees need to be educated on size restrictions before answering questions. If they don't know they should direct patron to someone who does.
