They did an estimate, removed a huge stain on the carpet and cleaned the stairs all in the same day. I've used their services before and they always do a good job!
Made an appointment and they never showed up or called. When called to ask why they said the weather???? The temp had dropped but it was above freezing. Even if it had been zero They could have at least called to inform us that they wasn't coming.
Holmes Carpet Cleaner is very awful. They refused to come to my home because im married to a black man. And kept stating the N word. JAMES GRAY IS TERRIBLE!!!

I am amazed at the way it looked this morning. If you think your carpet can’t be saved, give this company a call.
