Prepping house to sell and needed a good carpet cleaning. Had two companys give me a quote. One from Holmes and other from a franchise cleaner. Franchise quote was almost double Holmes and they told me they wouldn't be able to get several rooms clean. Went with Holmes and only one small stain they couldn't get. I will never call anybody else. Holmes all the way.
I called Holmes Carpet Cleaning after moving out of our rental. We had extra heavy traffic, pet stains and odor. (Three dogs in a tiny home..) We called Holmes as a last cry for help. I spoke to Dawn and he reassured me that they would try their best. Unfortunately, I couldn't meet any of them because we scheduled for 3 pm and i would still be at work. My gosh, he did such an amazing job on our carpet today! Pets, 3 young children, and it looks brand new!! My wife and I are standing at the top of the stairs right now debating if we even want to walk on it!
Don was incredibly easy to work with, did exactly what I had asked and did an Amazing job!! We will definitely be using them again :)
