My daughter saw Dr. Holmes at Patient First over the weekend. She was great! She was very interactive with my daughter and answered all my questions. I really appreciate her positive and upbeat attitude.
She is rude and condescending. She really needs to work on her bedside manner because she thinks that saying rude comments in a happy tone makes it okay. The entire 5 minutes she spent with me I didn’t get to finish a sentence because she kept cutting me off. I’m not sure how you can accurately treat someone without hearing what’s wrong first. Also overheard her making fun of patients and why they were visiting to other staff.
I use the Teladoc service which has been great in the past. The service allows you to receive phone calls from doctors instead of schlepping to an immediate care clinic. From the outset of the consultation I didn't feel Dr. Holmes showed any compassion or even curiosity about my state of health. That might seem like an odd read over the phone, but I expected a thorough walk-through of my symptoms and a few potential options.
