I'v been representing Condo and Homeowner Associations for more than 37 years.Jeff and his team strive to be the best they can for their clients, I highly recommend them.
The property management company I was using sold to Holmes Beach Property Management. Since switching over, phone calls go unanswered and unreturned by Jeff. Two leases are coming to an end and no update as to whether the tenants are leaving/staying/move out dates. Definitely would not recommend this property manager. Moving everything to All county.
