Bad. They wanted an advance payment without seeing the part, and then they didn't answer calls. Unreliable.
Went above and beyond to find the parts for my truck. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely buy from them again.
Drive a hour and a half to get a part. Turns out to be the wrong part. Not on their part by any means. But being the wrong part they had another one o.ln hand but in the car. I was willing to wait for them to pull it real fast. 2 bolts and it’s out. And I would have been omw. Awful customer service through and through. All the business I have given them In the past years is out the door.
This place is selling parts they know don't work. They said it on the phone this morning everything they have is 'shot' and wouldn't refund our money.
