The Holmes building is too sick! It has got all the amenities and is in the perfect place! Management is super responsive and all the staffs are super friendly. Special mention to Eddie! We literally got Dunkin, planet fitness, target, hmart, art supply stores, CVS, hardware shops, liquor store, chipotle and too many bars within 300 steps. And not to forget, central square station is right outside!
. No apartment at central can beat the location advantage to this one. They recently renovated the lobbies which gives it a modern look. The bedrooms here are spacious. Everyone at the concierge are super friendly. There is usually no issues with maintenance. Negatives: washer and dryer not clean enough, better gym equipments. I personally had a pretty terrible experience with this property in three primary ways: Frustrating communication: After paying the guarantee, there were 26 days of ignored follow-ups, inaccurate/delayed responses due to a clear lack of reading of emails, technical issues with the application website, and unanswered phone calls before I decided to not sign the lease (which was still not provided). I used to live in this apartment and was there for about 2 years. No apartment at central can beat the location advantage to this one. They recently renovated the lobbies which gives it a modern look. The bedrooms here are spacious. Everyone at the concierge are super friendly. There is usually no issues with maintenance. Overal good experience. But some things can be improved, cleaning of washer and dryer, better gym equipments.
