Absolutely horrendous, especially as a person who travels alot whom cant come up there to pay the bill, I have been trying for MONTHS to get ahold of someone have left multiple messages, and noone is ever there to take payment!! Or return phone calls. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Absolute negligence on THIER part and if I must I will get city and other officials involved if I dont get access to my belongings ASAP! Clean, quiet, safe. Would highly recommend.
The most unprofessional storage unit. They are never there , so I can never pay my rent. And they lock my unit. The gate to the office is ALWAYS closed . And all because they're the lazy ones. Get your stuff out of there

Good prices but difficult to deal with. They put a lock on my unit before my bill was even due. Ruined plans for my family on the holiday. We have tables and chairs in the unit that we needed for our party and found the lock on the door of our unit before our billing due date. Also had family from out of state that wanted to get granny and grandpas ashes which are in the unit and were not able to because of the lock. The price is right for the units but the customer confidence is kinda lost and not available.
