Go to this clinic if you have nothing better to do! This place has no customer empathy. The front desk staff need training in customer relations. On my last visit, I asked to speak with the supervisor of a front-desk staff but the staff retorted that she was "the highest-ranking staff" who has time for me. The clinic treats clients as if they are an "interruption" to the business of the clinic. I recommend you go to this clinic only if you have nothing better to do!
this the the very bad awful customer service clinic that I ever see ! Front desk Quynh Anh call client come to pickup blood test result and refuse to sent that sheet of paper to client even thought she know that client is an elderly can not see and cannot drive. It is very difficult for that senior make a trip to that clinic but the doctor Hung assistant refuse to sent out the letter just 50 cent postage ! Client request to talk to the doctor but she reply doctor never talk to any client, client request to talk to office man... read more
