The PARTS DEPT at this dealer is one of the worse to deal with. They do not pick up their phones. And when they do? You get left on hold for 20min plus. Very bad business. Their parts dept needs an overhaul or customer service training at the least. I’m in the car business. And this is loosing money for their dealer. The General manger should really get involved and make sure their customer are being attended, because they are loosing a lot money is LOST sales.

In and out. Service was as usual. Amazing and the staff is just fabulous. 😁 Tatiana Smolkina is the best service advisor. She’s efficient, kind and very knowledgeable. I recommend her.

If there’s one thing this store dosent do well is customer service. I called over to the store and ask a question in reference of a window sticker of a specific vehicle. I got jerked around so many times eventually to tell me that they cannot do what every other store would gladly do just because this specific vehicle is not being purchased from them and I purchased from them in the past so it is very disappointing to see how they handle things over there.
