My wife had a minor accident with our 2023 BMW X7. I called the BMW Garage where I service my car (BMW Fort Lauderdale / Holman Group). I dialed the main phone number and was redirected to the collision center. Marisa Ammaturo (marisa.ammaturo@holman.com) picked up the phone and mentioned that in order for them to assess what needs to be fixed I would have to have it towed to the shop.
