RecommendedNot as busy as the other theaters and the staff is great.
way too expensive for the experience you get. if you have to do regal go to Moore. even though moore is starting to go down hill cleanliness wise since the regal take over. if you want to take you family to the movies go to the new amc theater in norman, far above and beyond price, cleanliness and service. skip the regal theaters.

There was a bed bug on my sons seat by his head. I told the manager and got a refund. They didn’t seem to worried about it. They let the movie go on and didn’t tell anyone else.
First-the theater smells like mildew. I could overlook that small detail if I had actually seen the movie. We went to see Young Frankenstein tonight. If you were there, you know what happened. We saw the opening intro with Mel Brooks. And that's all we saw. We sat and listened to 15 minutes of the movie with no picture before we left. We were very nicely given a refund, less the convenience fee, and sent on our way. No, gee I'm sorry or explanation. This is not the first time a Fathom event has been messed up here.
