We always hate it when a customer, even the incapable and unknowledgeable have a problem. After 100,000 rentals over 20 years we understand there are some customers that just don't get it. Nothing they touch works, from a camera to a dishwasher. We have 24 hour support but if you can't even operate a telephone, we may not be able to help you. Poor Equipment And Poor Support – It's hit and miss with this place but after the recent miss I don't think I'll try again. I rented a camera for a event shoot and it failed on me. No problem. Call their after hours number. Oops. No after hours number. My bad for not thinking about that when I rented. It's bad enough when the equipment fails but when you can't get hold of someone to do something about it? That's the worst.
