This has been my go-to braid salon since moving to Dallas 5 years ago. I am so particular about parting and she makes sure im together. She has a 3 hrs braid bar...and its exactly that 3 hours.

Landlord lady is extremely rude. I called in to ask a question about the suites and the landlord had an attitude as soon as she picked up and then mid sentence she just hung up the phone.

Booked braids for my daughter for 9am. As she’s on her way there she received a text from Khrys with Monsta Beauty that she’s running late and to come at 9:30. My daughter told her she had to uber there and is already on the way. My daughter arrived on time and 45 minutes later Khrys finally arrived. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I have her the benefit of the doubt the first time because traffic can be bad, but this is her place of business so she should know traffic patterns by now. First time scheduling an appointment with this salon because it was recommended by someone. I bought hair for my appt, which was non refundable. I then received a text stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled the night before. I was told I would receive my deposit back immediately and still haven't received anything. No response to my messages at all. I am visiting from out of town and am extremely disappointed. Will never schedule an appointment here again.
