As a current resident here I can say that not all is as it seems. When prospective residents or their families are taken on tour they get the impression that we have several activities to occupy our time but in reality we have none. The activity schedule posted is just for show. On the bottom of the schedule it's noted that activities are subject to change---that's true, because they're all cancelled or weren't really scheduled at all.
