Great experience. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Shienbaum is excellent at what he does. I have to give a special shout out to Amanda. Every time I’m lucky enough to get her the experience is just that much better. I experience zero pain and barely any discomfort. She is gentle and caring and has great tips. Dr. Shienbaum and Amanda are a rockstar team. Thanks again!!

Dr. Gary was excellent—both professional and efficient! I was truly impressed by how quickly everything was handled. He identified the issue and performed the laser treatment immediately. All the staff there were very nice!
Double or even triple booking patients on the same timeslot!! Very disappointed. About 10 or more persons in the waiting area, one hour wait for a few minutes exam - not planning to be back, ever.
Horrible personality. He explained about macular degeneration, which I had never heard off -much less have it in both eyes as he said. When I asked for more detailed explanation on the prognosis, he responded “Ma’am, i don’t know what else I can tell you that I haven’t said before”. I was struck by his rude answer, and left scared. Of course, I went for a second opinion! It was a totally different environment, and a much better/thorough explanation. My situation is not as dramatic as he said it was. Will never come back!
