If you are looking for braces, please go elsewhere. This business seems to only be increasing my payments, they keep losing reciepts, they refuse to call me back to inform me of corrections they made on my account. I got braces for both my daughters. Our insurance paid a portion and we used a debt card for payments. However THEY said I made cash payments. I keep asking that things be corrected but they refuse to do so. Dr. Morris & his staff are friendly & have outgoing customer service. They're very courteous & put the patient's needs first!
This is not my sons regular orthodontist but we had a bit of an “emergency” where he needed a wire clipped from a broken bracket that was making a hole in his cheek tissue, when I called they were very willing to help him out, took him in and they fixed it quickly! Thank you for your help we appreciate it!
The receptionist are very courteous. Hollywood Ortho is affordable and uses dual insurance.
