Andrew and Michael are very patient individuals. They took my call every other day for over a month to locate a transfer case for my Mini Cooper. I had a credit memo from a part that I had returned years ago, and they honored it. They even shipped the part to my mechanic, which made the experience seamless. I only wish that they took credit cards, as I had to e-transfer the funds to place a hold the part. Thanks Hollywood North Auto Parts
