Horrible. Lee made a mess of my nails she made me BLEED BY CUTTING MY CUTICLE WITH DIRTY TOOLS AND ARGUED. They are so unprofessional. My nails looked horrible after she finished. They look like they been on a month. She burned me badly with the sanding tool. Im suing them getting a refund and Reporting them To the STATE GOVERNMENT
I try giving places grace, especially during busy moments, but I’ve come here 4 times and have always left bleeding and sitting for an hour+ while technicians are on their phones or iPads. I have also gotten charged a different price for the same service each time I’ve gone. Beyond frustrating. As we speak, I have 4 cuticles bleeding and was charged $92 for a base pedicure and a fill.
I’m very disappointed, I have gone here for 2 years, never had an issues always so respectful and straight up if they cant do what I ask for. I walked in very slow no wait. Get seat with the man who is always there in seat 4. I asked for French tip fill when I sit down, told him I don’t want them pink , meaning I want white powered. Never had any issues with French tips.
