I have my mani/pedis here all the time and have never been disappointed. The salon is very inviting, serene and clean. Ryan did a great job with my mani/pedi. This time, I took my 90 year old husband and Tina was exceptionally gentle with his swollen feet, which we both greatly appreciated.
I went in to have old gel polish removed and a simple manicure as a walk-in which was probably my first mistake. I was assigned to a technician who was not the best. After he was done he sat me under the nail dryer for 15 minutes. After I payed I walked over to CVS to purchase something and the nail polish was ruined. I went back to ask for a refund and was refused and asked to wait for someone else to fix them. I was waiting too long and left.
Cannot say enough about this salon. They stayed open 45 minutes late so my friend and i could get cute valentines nails, and even spent extra time making sure we had the perfect red that we were looking for. Also, i got a full set with design and a pedicure for $95, which is a steal. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, this will definitely be my go-to salon.
