I also would give this a Zero rating if possible. We made an appointment for 3 of us. One came out with nail polish all over her hands when they didn't clean her up properly, plus damaged her nails. One had her fingernail polish all chipped off by the next day and the third person didn't even get full coverage of shellac over her nails. The water for the pedicures was cold and they obviously did not want to be giving any special treatment. I really like this place! I've gone several times and each time they always greet me. I don't get a lot of extras done and yet they are always excited to see me. Other salons are only focused on big-business clients. They always do a great job and are incredibly helpful and friendly. I love to get their deluxe manicure because they give you an AMAZING shoulder and neck massage! I've taken friends with me and they always love it too. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are so focused on offering all the extras that they messed up the basics. They cut and filed my nails down to the quick (despite being past my fingertips when I went in) and cut my cuticles and made them bleed. DO NOT GO HERE!
