Omg absolute 10k/10 experience here! Anna literally did my nails for my proposal and I am OBSESSED. They looked so stunning in all the photos, she genuinely made my special day even more perfect! As the manager, she’s an absolute sweetheart and checks in on everyone to make sure the service is top-tier. The vibes are so immaculate. Honestly, don’t sleep on this place, dynamic 5 stars!
I went in for a pedicure as a walk-in since I just moved to the area and I was not impressed. The pedicure seemed rushed. They reused foot scrubbies, like they were obviously used on multiple people - very thin. Didn’t open anything in front of me so I assume they were not sanitized. The actual paint service seemed fine but then chipped a week later.
Some of the nail techs are very nice and accommodating but the manager, Anna is very rude and nasty and doesn’t have one ounce of customer service. I have witnessed her argue with customers on several occasions and I today I got into a disagreement with her. All due to her delivery. Which is why majority of the staff has left and now will also.
