Horrible experience never again the owner is ratchet ass hell and disrespectful I was their for 3 hrs and the owner showed no remorse lied about the the wait nai polish chips instantly lashes lift same day
I would never go there again... i paid 30 and my nails were chipping aftr a week... the guy did a rush job and they wouldn't even fix for me... they overcharge... not worth it
The owner is very disrespectful to customers. Instead of de-escalating and bringing calm to situations as an owner / manager is suppose to, he escalates them and creates chaos. He has no respect for people who put money in his pocket and keep the doors to his business open. With his immature, unprofessional demeanor, he should be ashamed of himself. Chose a place where you will be respected and appreciated. Which would NOT be Hollywood Nails.
