My daughters and I left disappointed. We were charged for a higher level of service, yet certain included portions, including the foot massage, were not provided. When I politely asked for clarification, the response felt dismissive, and the overall atmosphere became uncomfortable. The visit felt rushed and was not enjoyable. I gave this place more than one chance because there were things I wanted to like, but I have been disappointed too many times for different reasons. Unfortunately, this was my last visit.
