Came in on Tuesday to get a pedicure, no appointment and there was no one waiting. Inside 2 nail artists were at the door in which appeared they were waiting for customers. My friend and I told them what service we wanted, and we picked out our colors, and they showed us to our seats. The service was enjoyable until we were sitting at the dryer, waiting for our toes to dry when they asked us to cash out but shortly later turned off the lights signaling it was time to go, it was 6:21, the sign said they closed at 7. My nails the next day not even 24 hours later! My daughter had dips and 3 fell off the next day! Total cost $120 for this mess! Never going back there again!
Scheduled mani and pedi for my 7 year old daughter and I got a full set and pedi. My daughter had to wait by herself for almost 30 minutes to get serviced. Pedis felt rushed. Wax all over the floor and some of the spa basins. I never seen them clean them after being used and went right on to the next clients. I also saw them putting acrylics on clients at the pedicure chairs. When I asked if they did basic designs on nails at booking they said yes. Tim did an amazing job! He spent time making sure they were even, not too thick and asked me after every step of they were okay!
