I was very disappointed with both the treatment I received and the sanitation practices I personally observed at this salon. During my visits, I saw nail files and foot buffers being reused between clients, and the metal tools appeared to be sprayed rather than properly sanitized and individually prepared for each client. This made me extremely uncomfortable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. Today I went into Hollywood nail salon and the bald guy that’s at the front desk is very rude and doesn’t have customer service at all he got very upset and very aggressive because I told him that they need to update there times on the website they close at but the website say 10pm
