I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I specifically asked the technician to be extremely careful with my natural nails during the refill and not to over-file them. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored. My nails were filed down so aggressively that they have become extremely thin, weak, and fragile. This is not just poor technique, it shows a lack of care and professionalism. First time here and I can confidently say we will be back. We had a lovely gel pedicure. Then onto nails. Originally me and my sister wanted to get acrylic. However after talking with Livia she suggest the gel-X. Let me just say that was the right choice!! Livia did both of our nails and they are PHENOMENAL. Lovely costumer service and experience. The nails ate both better than expected. I will definitely be recommending this place and be back we it is time for a fill. 10/10.
