My girlfriend went in two days before her birthday and requested very simple nails. Then the lady she got (Natalie), told her that they were too simple and insisted that she got a different set. Although my girlfriend persisted on just getting what she wanted, the technician ignored her requests and gave a different design. To add to this, she didn’t even finish the design. My girlfriend walked out of the store with unwanted and unfinished nails that she paid full price for!!!!!!!!

Second time at Hollywood Nails. Each visit has been a great experience with kind and talented technicians. Hanna was very meticulous and careful with every detail when I asked for nail art. Jay did my gel nails the second time and helped choose the most beautiful blue summer nail color! He was also very attentive to detail. Always excellent service!

I've generally had a good experience at this salon, but my last appointment was a disaster. My appointment was rushed, what should take atleast 1.5hrs took 40 mins obviously my nail chipped the next day, and I had to return twice for corrections. I opted for dip nails, which usually lasted only two weeks (if you're lucky) I later discovered they offer a "dap" option (dip powder with liquid) that lasts longer - up to a month.
