If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never gotten on here and left any bad reviews for any business but this was absolutely ridiculous she was rushing on my eyebrows and jacked them up soooo badly I want to cry. I didn’t grow them out to let someone play on my face. This place usually does my eyebrows good.

I went in asking for a manicure plus a nail color. The nail technician removes my old gel and brings out a powder. I stop her and ask 'what's that for?' She gestures to my nails. I say "I only want a manicure, no powder. Just a color or gel polish." She says she can do gel. I'm thinking 'ok I will have a gel manicure'. I point to the powder and ask if that's the gel and I hear her say no it's for the gel. I say ok thinking she has to put it on before she can put gel. If we can give no stars, I’ll give this place a zero (0) star. First, they do poor customer service giving people wrong answers wrong information, and I was there with my boyfriend but they skipped us when we were ahead of the other customers that walked in after us. So No, you guys should change your name since service here is not good at all.

Worst experience I ever had . They Painted my nails however they wanted when I asked for pink they painted them white . I recommend everyone to go to snappy nails .
