My husband bought me a gift card for Hollywood Nails. I only used half of the gift card, and because it was about to expire the owner gave me an additional thirty days. However when I went to use it the owner said he never gave the additional time and whoever did shouldn't have. I asked him point blank "so your just going to take my money", he said "yes" and walked away. If I had known I wouldn't have been able to use it I would have spent it all before.
