I wish I could give less than one stars. This place was awful. I asked for a specific shape of nail. All she did was cut the sides with a nail clipper and she charged me 10 extra dollars for it. I'm not upset about that though. When I was done, my nails were CROOKED and she refused to shorten them even though I asked her TWICE prior to do so. This place is FILTHY and they have absolutely no sense of customer service. When I went home, I had my entire family commenting on how horrible they looked. I had to go to another nail ... read more

I GOT CHARGED EXTRA AND WHEN I CALLED THE SALON TO ASK FOR A MANAGER, HE INFORMED ME THE MANAGER WAS NOT IN. LATER ON AFTER EXPLAINING TO THIS FOOL MY SITUATION, I ASKED WHEN THE MANAGER WOULD BE IN AND HE SAID, HE WAS THE MANAGER. FIRST, THEY LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DID NOT SHOW NO CONCERN ABOUT MY REFUND. BBB HAS A COMPLAINT FROM ME REGARDING THIS SORRY A** BUSINESS!
