I was there for TWO hours and NEVER got my nails done. I asked how much longer, he said one hour to start. What? I walked out with a completed pedicure and NO manicure. The colors don't match now, off to find another salon. This was a mess today. Customers were pacing just wanting to PAY and get out of there. Everybody got ignored today. I will not be back. I've gone there for a couple of years. HOT MESS!!
Always get a pedicure with Sam. He does a great job.
If I could give no stars I would. Took my niece here to get her nails done for prom… it took them 4 HOURS…. To do almond shape nails with black tips.. no designs or anything crazy… 4 hours….
