AVOID AVOID AVIOD - If you value your time, money and natural nails please AVOID HOLLYWOOD NAILS!!!! I went there for the first time with a girlfriend, both full sets. The lady (although lovely) filed down one of my natural nails too much and it hurt me at the time, there was black specs all over my white tips and cuticle care was horrible. Went there last Friday night i asked for full set with white tips the female put on the wrong ones apparently n two hours one nail came off went back next day to get it repaired now after 4 days all of them have come off DO NOT GO THERE

I wish I read the reviews before going here because it was more convenient than another shopping centre. My nails look awful and uneven. The lady put the wrong top coat on and after 30 minutes of it not drying another one scrubbed it off and started again, now after 2 days the top coat is peeling off. I can’t even be bothered going back and dealing with them. I also paid $25 for a manicure which was only cuticle care and nothing else. An absolute rip off.

Manicures and Pedicures are supposed to be a relaxing experience but my experience at this salon was anything but. The male operator was very rough and made my cuticles bleed and cut my foot using the metal foot scrubber. I decided to have builder gel on my finger nails which over a couple of weeks came off taking a thin layer of nail with it. I havent gone back to complain or ask for a refund because I dont want to go in their shop ever again.
