I called to do a fullset, & I was told to come in and someone will see me right away because it wasn’t busy. I arrive, & they mention a 30 mins wait. I asked for the supervisor or owner & they stated she’s not there but another customer came in and stated that’s the owner there. It’s unprofessional to have someone come in after speaking with you on the phone & once they arrived you tell them wait 30 mins !
