I had the worst experience here and I will never go back! When I walked in they didn’t ask if I need assistance, I just signed the book and continued to wait. As time was going by, I thought it was smart to inform them that I needed to soak my nails while I just was waiting for service to help with time. I went in to get nail removal when it came to paying I was told $15 which I had no problem paying but I notice that the person I gave money to put $10 in register and the other $5 in her pocket. I also had tip her $5 so I look on there price sheet and saw that the actual prize was $10 for nail removal so I pointed that out to her so she claim she made a mistake .
