I have been visiting Hollywood Nails for over a year now, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experiences. Did not enjoy my experience here and would not go back. I went in for a gel manicure that had to get done twice because the first time the lady didn’t see how streaky the nail polish was looking on my nail then the manager comes and does my nails and it looks even worst! Literally looked like a 2 year old did my nails. After explaining how unsatisfied I was, they still kept saying that my manicure was fine. They didnt even want to fix or acknowledge how bad my nails looked. Never again!

I’m happy with the outcome of my mani/pedi but it felt very rushed. I come to relax, not be rushed. The tech who was doing my pedicure gave me a dirty look and was vocally not happy with the amount I tipped her. I asked if I could use the restroom upon check out and they said to me “Yes but hurry we are all waiting for you to leave thanks”. Rude nail technicians. For this reason, I will not be back.
