I’ve been coming here off and on for about 3 years. There is a lot of turnover in staff but usually I get a decent manicure or pedicure. I went today for a pedicure and came home to Bacitracin and bandaids. The fellow who did my pedicure spent more time talking with friends who came in than paying attention to what he was doing. Three abraded areas which are still very sore. I am sad to say I probably won’t go back.
Apparently i got the "new guy". Every single one of my nails was sideways they were so thick too. During the process he was rude and it was extremly hurtful. Wouldnt recommend Hollywood Nail &Spa
13 mins to do a pedi! Never will I be back! I'll keep my $25 and go else where!

My first visit got a pink & white from a woman there and was extremely pleased. My second visit I got gel nails and will never go back. The man who did my nails cut my finger with the cuticle clipper and instead of cleaning off the blood and mending the cut, he continued to paint my nail and trapped the blood under the nail polish. Now I can't wash off the blood so it shows through the expensive paint job and my finger still hurts. Despite being busy, the staff was very kind and did an excellent job on my mani pedi :)
I went in for a simple brow wax, and I was addressed very rudely. I was told that they didn't have time, and to come back later. Little did they know that my vow renewal wedding party along with myself were going to return for full service in the next day. My daughter told them, and there response was "Oh Well". I would never recommend them to anyone. Plus it has a base odor, and the ventilation system was horrible in there.
