In the past, I would have given this place a 5. I have always talked positively about my experiences here. All but once before today, my technicians have been young and very professional. Today my tech was a little older and not professional at all. She carried on a conversation the entire time with any tech that was nearby. They of course seemed reluctant to constantly talk. My experience was awful. She rushed through my pedicure skipping steps. I reminded her that she had failed to scrub the bottom of my feet. For ... read more
