In the past, I would have given this place a 5. I have always talked positively about my experiences here. All but once before today, my technicians have been young and very professional. Today my tech was a little older and not professional at all. She carried on a conversation the entire time with any tech that was nearby. They of course seemed reluctant to constantly talk.
