I would not recommend services through here. I was late cancelled twice (9/3/25 and 9/18/25) and had an appointment where my NP didn't bother to show up (9/10/25). I left multiple messages via the online portal, with no response as of today. I called the front desk, was able to get in touch with someone from billing, in which I was given the 9/18 appt (which was cancelled less than 15 mins to appt) and a message sent to NP for medication refill (which I still haven't received). The front desk folks are incredibly friendly and helpful, and their office is always decorated so nicely. It feels so much less clinical than some other locations I have visited and really makes me feel like part of a family. Can't express how refreshing it is to interact with an admin team that is both professional and very sweet.
My daughter has been on their waitlist since 5/2024. I responded to multiple emails advising yes we were still interested over the past 5 months. She finally got an appointment scheduled for this week. I called 48 hours in advance to reschedule this appointment due to a family emergency and was advised she has been removed from the waiting list and they will not reschedule.
