I booked a limo with Hollywood Limo for a special event, and they canceled just two hours before pickup, claiming there had been a car accident. There was no attempt to find a replacement vehicle or help us make other arrangements. We were left completely stranded and had to scramble last minute to find another ride. For a company that’s supposed to be professional and dependable, this was a huge letdown. I wouldn’t trust them again — totally unreliable service.
Cancelled the reservation due to “accident night before” 2 hours before pickup with no proof of pictures told one person in our group it was in the pound and told me it was in the shop which obviously doesn’t correlate. When talking on the phone with the worker named Nick he kept interrupting me mid conversation and wouldn’t do anything to help our booking thinking. Horrible service DO NOT BOOK
Never showed up , said “bus was hit night before”
This company is insane. They left us on the middle of the road. We have video proof of them and they won’t do anything to help us.
Rented a party bus on 12/28. Bus was clean, came with water and ice. Sam did everything he said he would. Bus was an hour early. Sam contacted us throughout event to make sure everything went smooth with driver! I would recommend to family and friends.
